Al Mukhtara International Hotel Medina, Medina

I was a bit disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were not as clean as I expected, and I had to change rooms during my stay, which was a hassle. On the positive side, the location was superb, especially for females making their way to the Gate 21, 24, and 25 of the Masjid. Unfortunately, the parking was not available as advertised on the website.

The hotel is conveniently near the Haram, but I faced issues with the room amenities and reception service. The location is excellent for female guests, although parking was not available as stated. The dining experience fell short with empty dishes and early closure. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's proximity to the Haram gate 22 and 23 was a plus.

The hotel is situated very close to the Haram gates, making it convenient for females to access. The rooms, despite a strong smell on the 6th floor, were clean and accommodating for our group of 5. The service was satisfactory with 24-hour room service available. The location offers easy access to the Haram and facilities but lacks the promised parking. Dining options were not sampled, available for an additional cost. Overall, a decent value for the experience.

The hotel's location near Prophet Mosque is very good and convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the main south entrance of Haram. The rooms, although congested and shabby with long waits for busy elevators and lacking proper furniture and lighting, can be better. The dining experience was not sampled but offered for an additional 35 riyals. The facilities provided were decent, with room for improvement.

Upon reaching the 12th floor, we had to change rooms due to the initial one not meeting standards. However, the staff did a nice job cleaning my room, but it was extremely cold at 16.5°C because of the AC. We requested extra blankets, but they were not provided promptly.
